Jonathan Tam is a partner at Baker McKenzie where he counsels clients on compliance with data regulations around the world and assists clients with data incident responses and crisis management. In addition to writing and speaking on these topics Jonathan is the Chair of the Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
