Priya Keshav is the Founder and CEO of Meru Data LLC, where she enables companies identify and proactively manage privacy risks across complex data environments.

Prior to founding Meru Data, Priya served as Managing Director of KPMG’s Forensic Technology Services practice in the Southwest U.S. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, she has advised organizations on privacy, information governance, cyber-crime response, eDiscovery, and forensic investigations. Priya is also a frequent speaker at industry events and webinars focused on security, privacy, AI, and eDiscovery.

Austin Manes advises clients on the evolving landscape of privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence laws. He has extensive experience applying U.S. and international privacy and cybersecurity regulations across multiple sectors, and supports organizations through real-time incident response, risk assessments, and program development.

Austin also counsels companies on emerging AI laws, advising on governance, product design, internal controls, and compliance requirements. He brings over 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on cybersecurity and intellectual property, and holds multiple IAPP certifications, including CIPM, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and PLS/FIP.
