Jordan L. Fischer, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fischer Law, LLC, where she advises organisations on data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology law. With more than a decade of experience, she provides strategic guidance to public and private sector clients navigating complex privacy regulations and developing effective data governance and compliance programmes.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Fischer serves as a Cybersecurity Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley and a Visiting Research Professor at Drexel University. She is also the host of the American Bar Association’s podcast Cybersecurity and Data Privacy: The New Frontier and is a frequent speaker on privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technology law.
