Jonathan Tam is a partner at Baker McKenzie where he counsels clients on compliance with data regulations around the world and assists clients with data incident responses and crisis management.  He also routinely advises companies on advertising regulations, including those that apply to promotions, contests and sweepstakes, digital advertising, influencer rules, and industry-specific laws. In addition to writing and speaking on these topics Jonathan is the Chair of the Cybersecurity and Privacy Law Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Priya Keshav enables corporations to identify and proactively manage privacy risks around data, including cookie management, AdTech, and Personal Information governance . Prior to this, Priya was the Managing Director of KPMG’s Forensic Technology Services in the Southwest U.S. She has more than 20 years of consulting experience in privacy, information governance, cyber-crime response, eDiscovery, and forensic investigations.
