CCPA and 10 other states require UOOM.  The California Privacy Protection Agency, alongside the Attorneys General of California, Colorado, and Connecticut, announced an investigative sweep involving potential noncompliance with the Global Privacy Control. As part of the sweep, the coalition is contacting businesses that may not be processing consumer requests to opt out of the sale of their personal information submitted via the GPC as required by law and requesting that those businesses comply. So, how do we implement UOOM and more importantly how do we ensure our opt-out mechanisms are working?

Join Meru Data CEO and founder Priya Keshav at our latest webinar where she will dissect some of common issues in the AdTech world and how to fix the issues to ensure compliance.

Topics to be covered include

1. Common issues companies face while implementing UOOM

2. Effectively implementing UOOM

3. Ensuring your website and mobile apps are compliant

4. How to ensure your opt-out mechanisms are effective

5. Other common AdTech issues and overcoming them

This webinar is approved by the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) for Continuing Privacy Education (CPE) Credits.
